Here is how visualization will help you crush your porn habit.
MENTALLY REHEARSE YOUR DAY & LEAVE PORN OUT OF THE SCENARIO
Most men try and stop a negative habit instead of developing new habits that out grow the negative one.
Habit Development Tip: It is much easier to do something then it is not to do something.
The more you try and Quit Porn or stop masturbating, the more you are thinking about it and the harder it will become.
Your mind pushes you towards the mental images that dominate your thoughts, whether you are conscious of them or not.
Before you go to sleep visualize what tomorrow will be like.
Here is an example inspired from my own visualization practice of how I see my day playing out.
In your minds eye picture yourself waking up in the morning and first thing you do is kiss your partner on the cheek before getting out of bed.
See yourself heading to your practice area where you engage in your Semen Retention Army Training to help move your morning sex energy upwards in your body and calm the urge to want to masturbate and ejaculate.
Then, see yourself taking a cold shower and getting your first healthy meal in of the day. Tomorrow I will make a shake with strawberries, protein powder and almond milk.
After you are finished your morning routine you are off to work to create content, answer emails and meet with members of the Semen Retention Army.
In the evening you see yourself hanging with a buddy for a hike and time in nature.
After the walk, you prepare your second healthy meal of the day, pop on a funny comedy show with your partner to relax and spend time together.
After some good laughs you see yourself getting into bed, reading a few pages of the current book you are into (Currently I am reading the 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris) and then visualize the following day.
Here is the deal...
If you develop the habit of daily positive visualization, which takes less then 5 minutes, you will train yourself to become an effective and efficient man who lives a porn free life.
Kill the habit of porn in your mind and you will kill the habit all together.
